A weekend of practice, inquiry and community.
Paramananda has led retreats for over 35 years. He teaches a soulful approach to meditation, infused with poetry and myth, and at the same time grounded in connection to the body, place and each other.
Course Details
Taking place across Saturday, 22nd November, and Sunday, 23rd November. The retreat holds four meditation sessions and a puja. The provisional schedule is below:
Saturday
10:00 – 12:00: Meditation
14:00 – 16:00: Meditation
19:30 – 20:30: Puja
Sunday
10:00 – 12:00: Meditation
14:00 – 16:00: Meditation
Sessions will be available to catch up with as soon as possible after they take place but we cannot guarantee their delivery at any set time.
Cost & Further Information
- This programme is offered by donation. You can choose your amount. Suggested donations are Standard: £55, Supported: £35, Donation tier (helping others to come on retreat): £85
- On booking, you will get a confirmation email. The Zoom link and other info will be sent by email closer to the start date by 20th November at the latest. If you book after 20th November, you will get the Zoom link in the confirmation email.
- Please check your spam folder if you have not received anything by the evening before the course start date.
- Some email clients (especially Gmail) filter emails to other folders for you – search your inbox for ‘Buddhafield’ if you cannot find any communication from us. Hotmail will sometimes filter out our emails entirely, so please use an alternative email client, if possible.

- Tickets for this event are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances will be considered. Please contact us with further details.
- The published programme will be as accurate as possible but will be subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
- We cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties that prevent your participation in a specific session within the programme. However, we will be on hand to support and help prevent this.
- The minimum age for this event is 18. Anyone under this age must be accompanied by an adult and hold an adult ticket. We may ask for proof of age for anyone attending an event.
- Most of the Zoom sessions will be recorded in speaker view (only people speaking will be shown in the recording). By participating, you indicate that you agree to this recording and subsequent sharing of the recording on our website and social media channels.
- We do not want to exclude anyone because of financial hardship. Please get in touch if you need a discounted ticket. We have a limited number of subsidised places available.
